Position Overview
As a real estate salesperson, you will provide guidance, support,
and knowledge to clients throughout the entire real estate process.
This includes conducting market research, showing properties to
potential buyers or tenants, preparing and presenting offers,
negotiating contracts, and facilitating the closing process.
Responsibilities:
--- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow rental
and sales opportunities
--- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
--- Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we
work
--- "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very
best service and your very best advice to nurture client
relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
--- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home
wants and needs and close the deal
Qualifications:
--- Valid real estate license in the state of New York
--- Proven experience as a Realtor or similar role
--- Strong knowledge of property management, market analysis, sales
techniques, and real estate law
--- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
--- Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse
backgrounds and cultures
--- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and commitment to
promoting equal housing opportunities
--- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive
experience for clients throughout the transaction process
