support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for
orders
Communicate order status proactively via phone and email
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders to improve customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Prior sales and/or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and
Outlook
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
Results oriented and service minded
Ability to learn quickly and multi-task
