Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Program Architect to lead high-visibility initiatives within a Tier 1 Pharma environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with top-tier consulting experience, exceptional executive communication skills, and the ability to drive enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and lead large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Drive enterprise application integration (EAI) using Salesforce and other key technologies.
Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, business leaders, and external partners, to design and deliver Salesforce-driven digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure Salesforce solutions adhere to pharma industry regulations and compliance standards.
Provide thought leadership on Salesforce best practices, governance, and innovation strategies.
Act as a mentor and guide for development teams, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
Independently lead discussions, workshops, and roadmap planning sessions with C-level executives.



Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce Program or Executive Architect roles.
Strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically Tier 1 pharma companies.
Experience with top-tier consulting firms (Deloitte, Accenture, PwC, McKinsey, etc.) is highly preferred.
Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations.
Strong understanding of pharma-specific regulatory and compliance requirements in CRM implementations.
Proven ability to work independently and drive solutions without hand-holding.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills-must be comfortable engaging with executives and senior leadership.
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
