Job Title: Cosmetic Skincare Formulator

Employment Type: Direct Hire (DH)
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, M-F

Key Skills/Experience:

2-3 years of experience formulating and producing cosmetic products (for manufacturers or CMO/OEM).
Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field.
Knowledge of raw materials, emulsions, surfactants, hyaluronic acids or serums, and active ingredients.
Familiarity with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and manufacture skincare formulations such as creams, serums, cleansers, toners, and masks.
Select and source raw materials to meet performance, stability, and cost requirements.
Conduct stability, compatibility, and efficacy testing on new formulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to launch.
Maintain detailed records for product registration and safety assessments.
