Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer
satisfaction
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability
tests, translating data into actionable insights
Develop and maintain research artifacts such as user personas,
journey maps, and wireframes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
Experience working with external clients, including governmental
agencies
Proficiency in UX research tools and methodologies
UX design background with familiarity in tools like Figma
Strong analytical mindset and effective project management
skills
