Entry-Level Fitness Device Tester (User Cases & Findings)

Responsibilities

You will test prototype and existing devices out in the field.
Participate to identify and report any device with User Case and User Finds while walking through various places in New York.

Requirements

1+ years' experience in the Fitness Industry as a fitness trainer preferred
Familiar with iOS and Android devices (phones, watches, etc.)
Ability to walk for long periods of time
Great communication, organization, and notetaking skills
Knowledge taking detailed notes around Distances/Time/Failures.
Must be able to multitask and take detailed notes while running tests

Preferred qualifications

Athletes preferred.
Experience postprocessing logs
Prepare test devices for Field testing which includes physical setup, software installs, and upkeep

Education Requirement

Bachelor of Science degree in one of the following: Kinesiology, Exercise physiology, Exercise Science or related field

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Duration: 12+ months (potential extension)

Pay Range: $20-$25/h (DOE)
