Major Non-Profit Organization in the Jersey City, NJ area is seeking a PeopleSoft Application Developer.

This is a full-time permanent HYBRID role (3 days on-site / 2 days remote), 35 hours work week.

Excellent benefits package (27 PTO's (vacation, personal, sick days)/13 paid holidays/4 day work week in summer).



Requirements:

PeopleSoft technology in a development or maintenance capacity preferred; PeopleTools Release 8.5x and Application Release of 9.x.
Development and customization tools, Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, PS Query, Crystal Reports, Tree Manager.
PeopleSoft development tools to design, implement and maintain key processes within the organization including pages, PeopleCode, workflow, SQR, application engine and interfaces.
Analyzes application requests and business requirements; defines and prepares specifications for new projects and/or customizations to existing applications; develops, tests and maintains system modifications as needed; assists with troubleshooting and problem resolution during development, testing, and production; develops customizations, queries and reports.
PeopleSoft Applications - Human Capital Management (HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, Position Management and Commitment Accounting), CS, Financials Supply Chain Management, and Cloud based Oracle EPM system.
