Our client seeking a Senior Front-End Developer who thrives at the intersection of technology, marketing, and site personalization. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in front-end development, personalization tools, and A/B testing to create seamless, data-driven user experiences that drive engagement and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic marketing and product teams, rather than traditional silo IT environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Shape the User Experience: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to craft seamless, engaging web interfaces that enhance the user journey on our e-commerce platform.
Personalize and Experiment: Lead personalization and A/B testing efforts, using tools like Interaction Studio and GTM to drive tailored user experiences and measurable business impact.
Write Beautiful Code: Utilize your expertise to create scalable, clean, and efficient front-end solutions.
Drive Insights: Analyze A/B test results, transforming data into actionable recommendations to optimize user engagement and increase conversions.
Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends in personalization, front-end development, and A/B testing to ensure our digital experiences remain cutting-edge.

Required Skills:

Deep Expertise: 8+ years of professional front-end development experience, with a mastery of HTML, CSS, Vanilla JS, and React/Next.js, and a focus on a11y, i18n, performance, and DOM manipulation. Expertise with Github, Vercel, Figma, and related tools is a must.
Personalization Pro: Hands-on experience with personalization platforms like Interaction Studio, Adobe Target, and Optimizely, as well as a strong grasp of A/B testing strategies and methodologies.
Background: Solid 5+ years' experience with banking and financial customers
Marketing Mindset: Proven track record of working in fast-paced marketing or product organizations, aligning development with strategic business goals.
Analytical Thinking: A data-driven approach to problem-solving, with the ability to derive insights from user behaviour and testing outcomes.
Collaboration Skills: Exceptional communication and teamwork skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
