Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Human Resources -
Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day activities of HR Business Partners and align
performance to key metrics
Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR opportunities and
implement change
Mentor HR staff and facilitate discussions for conflict resolution
within teams
Required Qualifications
College or university graduate with proven direct experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a
global call center environment
7+ years of relevant work experience in leadership development or
employee relations
Experience in leading performance and conflict resolution cases
Understanding of employment law and conducting investigations to
mitigate risk
