Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate HR Business Partner
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support HR Business Partners with data analysis, report writing,
and problem resolution
Act as a liaison between HR specialty functions and clients to
deliver full HR services
Provide project management support and assist with HR initiatives
and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
2 - 4 years of progressive experience in a shared service
environment or HR functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with
teams
Self-motivated with a consultative approach to working with all
levels
