  • Patient Care: Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult patients in the Medical-Surgical unit, including regular monitoring and assessments.
  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor patients for reactions, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Continuously monitor and interpret patient vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, and oxygen levels.
  • Wound Care & Dressing Changes: Perform wound care and dressings for patients recovering from surgery or injury.
