About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead critical technology upgrade projects for our in-house financial systems. This role will focus on infrastructure enhancements supporting front, middle, and back-office processes, ensuring seamless operations for trade workflow, confirmations, risk valuation, settlements, regulatory reporting, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding (coding knowledge is a plus but not required) to effectively collaborate with infrastructure and development teams and navigate technical discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage infrastructure technology upgrade projects supporting in-house financial systems.
Oversee enhancements in areas including trade workflow, risk valuation, margin processing, settlements, accounting feeds, and regulatory compliance reporting.
Work with stakeholders to evaluate project paths, including system upgrades, cloud migration, and vendor system integrations.
Collaborate with developers, IT teams, and business units to ensure smooth implementation of technology changes.
Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring successful delivery within scope and budget.
Facilitate technical discussions and translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience managing infrastructure technology upgrade projects in a financial services environment.
Strong technical acumen (coding experience is beneficial but not required).
Understanding of trade lifecycle processes, risk management, settlements, and compliance workflows.
Experience working with infrastructure, cloud migration, and vendor financial systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
