Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Services Business Manager Lead on daily operations and support key initiatives such as training, talent management, all-hands meetings, and ad hoc exercises.
• Work with other Business Managers across Technology on various key initiatives and projects.
• Represent Infrastructure Services requirements in collaboration with other organizational functions, including Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Business, and Risk.
• Develop and implement new processes to help Infrastructure Services scale effectively and align with the overall strategy.
• Support the collection of materials for inbound requests from IT GRC, Head Office, regulators, and document as necessary.Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Manager in a Technology organization, or relevant experience in consulting or business operations.
• Candidate must have budgeting knowledge and a thorough understanding of process enhancements for day-to-day management.
• Ability to adapt to an evolving business environment with changing priorities and work independently or in groups with colleagues from junior to senior levels.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong execution skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.Location: THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN NYC, NY.
