Job Description:
A company is looking for an Indirect Specialty Regional Sales
Manager-Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement market-specific sales plans to achieve
revenue growth
Provide coaching and training to Dealer Development Representatives
(DDRs) to enhance sales performance
Maintain positive relationships with dealers and resolve conflicts
to ensure effective sales operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline or
equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years' experience managing a sales team
Minimum 3 years of experience in selling and developing prime loan
and lease volume
Proven results in driving sales force effectiveness
Working knowledge of Microsoft software products
