Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Commercialization to lead
product development and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the commercialization process from concept to launch,
ensuring quality and efficiency
Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to align product
development with market needs and production capabilities
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve
productivity and cost-efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field;
Master's degree is a plus
7+ years of experience in operations and manufacturing, including
work with third-party partners
Experience in the meat industry and understanding of USDA
regulations
Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and optimization
techniques
Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time to manufacturing sites
