Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, CRM Marketing
Technology to drive their CRM strategy forward in a remote contract
position.
Key Responsibilities
Support the CRM omnichannel orchestration SME and collaborate with
cross-functional teams
Assist in migrating the CRM platform to a machine-driven automated
experience engine
Implement orchestration technology and establish governance models
for omni-channel orchestration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1+ years of experience in marketing technology, omnichannel
orchestration, or customer lifecycle management
Strong understanding of omni-channel arbitration and lifecycle
journey management
Experience with scalable personalization for large, consumer-facing
brands
Understanding of technical architectures and ability to translate
business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders
