Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outsourcing Concept Artist
specializing in designing skins and cosmetics for games.
Key Responsibilities
Create compelling pitches and rough concepts for cosmetics and
campaigns
Provide feedback and guidance to concept artists and outsourcing
teams
Collaborate with Art, Narrative, and Design departments to develop
concept designs
Required Qualifications
Experience working with external vendors and providing feedback
Background in designing main characters, props, and
environments
Experience with live-ops games and high-volume content
Strong understanding of anatomy, creature, and character design
Illustration skills with knowledge of composition, color theory,
and silhouette
