administrative assistant with obsessive attention to detail and
excellent communication skills to provide support to the C4ISR
Operations Director and extended staff. This position will act as
the administrative focal point for C4ISR Operations and will be
responsible for providing support for a variety of duties and
tasks, as well as day-to-day coordination of meetings and travel.
In this role, you will support managers and employees through a
variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The
ideal candidate will effectively communicate via phone and email,
ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered
with high quality and in a timely manner.Duties may include the
following:
Support the Business Area Operations
Director and extended staff as the administrative focal
point;Manage calendars, arrange meetings and appointments. Maintain
and track meeting action items through completion;Manage
communications with senior level internal and external
customers.Coordinate, facilitate and provide support for various
conferences, meetings and events with a high degree of tact and
diplomacy. Handle the catering for meetings and events. Coordinate
highly visible meetings and support guests during these
meetings;Maintain office supplies and perform general
administrative duties including but not limited to: typing,
copying, collating, stapling, preparing packages for delivery,
filing, recordkeeping, and data entry;Assist with critical projects
as a member of the leadership team. Create PowerPoint presentations
and others documents as required. Coordinate extensive domestic
travel. Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting and
procurement card reconciliation;Other duties as requested; frequent
multi-taskingWho You Are An experienced Administrative Assistant
with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced
environment. You must possess high energy and be comfortable

- High School Diploma or GED and 7 years Administrative Assistant
experience

common business applications, including managing calendars and
schedulesPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Associate Degree or equivalent certificate + 10 years of
related work experience
- BA or BS degree + 7 years of related work experience
- Business Operations ExperienceAdministrative/business school or
associate's degree;Certified administrative professional;Formal
training in Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook;Pay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $57480 - $91920Please note: This
range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual
salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not
limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and
internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as
